For planners
Is VERA for the way your business runs?
This page is about the business, not the feature list: many weddings at once, a team sharing the same wedding, and seasons where everything overlaps.
The questions
What planners ask first.
Is VERA for my business?
VERA is for planners whose weddings are complex enough that the context no longer fits in one person's head: independent planners, planning studios, destination specialists, multi-planner teams and venue-based wedding teams.
How does it work across many weddings?
Today collects what needs you across every wedding you are running and ranks it by consequence, so moving between projects does not mean rebuilding context each time.
Can a team use the same wedding context?
The wedding holds the memory, not the individual. Decisions, promises, waiting items and changes belong to the project, so a colleague picking it up sees the same history you do.
What happens when projects overlap?
Peak season is where planning systems fail quietly. VERA separates what needs you from what is waiting on someone else, so overlapping weddings compete on consequence rather than on whichever inbox shouted last.
What does a planner gain day to day?
A shorter distance between something happening and you knowing what it means: a change surfaces its impact, a promise returns when it is due, and a meeting starts with the wedding already prepared.
Across the business
One wedding is a project.
Your business is twenty of them.
Each wedding carries its own state — what needs you, what changed, what you promised, who you are waiting on — and VERA ranks across all of them.

In a working week
What this actually changes.
A vendor moves a time
VERA reads the change against the rest of the day and shows what it now affects.
A client decides something in an email
The decision is captured against the wedding instead of living in a thread you have to find again.
You promise to send something
The promise returns at the point it matters, not three weeks later.
Guest numbers move
Catering, seating, transport and accommodation surface as connected consequences.
You are waiting on three people
All three are visible, with how long each has been open — and who owns the next move.
You have four weddings running
Today collects what needs you across all of them, in one ranked view.

A quieter default
VERA does not manufacture work.
Most software fills the screen to look busy. When nothing needs you, VERA says so and shows what is coming next instead.
VERA is built for professional planning. It is not a consumer wedding checklist.
