VERA

Legal

Privacy

VERA handles professional and personal information with the same discretion expected of a planner.

What this covers

This notice covers personal data submitted through the public VERA website, including access requests, and data stored inside the VERA planner workspace by account holders.

Access requests

When you request access we collect your name, studio name, email address, website, country, approximate wedding volume, team size, the tools you currently use and anything you choose to write about your workload.

This information is used only to review and respond to your request. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Workspace data

Planners using VERA store client, guest, vendor and financial information inside their workspace. That data belongs to the planner. It is not published, and it is not used to build public content.

Access is restricted to the account holder and people they explicitly invite.

Retention

Access requests are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Workspace data is retained for as long as the account is active.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests can be made through the contact route on this website.

Analytics

The public website records anonymous, aggregated usage events such as page views and interest in specific sections. These events do not include client, guest or vendor information.
